Founded in Milan in 2021, at the heart of one of Europe's most dynamic startup hubs, Skillvue is an HR-Tech company that helps organizations make every talent decision objective. A former pre-Olympic-level athlete turned entrepreneur, Nicolò co-founded Skillvue with Simone Patera after an early B2C entertainment venture, with the goal of bringing science and AI to human capital management and the shift toward a skills-based approach.
