Skills, AI and better talent decisions: September at Skillvue

The launch of Skillvue Map, a new customer story with Gruppo Credem, our partnership with FLOWSPARKS and the second chapter of Talent Pioneers.

September brought new launches, partnerships and conversations around one increasingly important topic for HR leaders: building a clear, shared skills foundation for better people decisions.

Introducing Skillvue Map

Introducing Skillvue Map

Building a skills-based organisation starts with a simple question: what skills does each role actually require?

Job descriptions, titles and competency frameworks are often fragmented across systems, teams and countries. Bringing them together into one consistent structure can require significant manual work.

We launched Skillvue Map to accelerate this process. By combining company context, market intelligence and scientific frameworks, it generates an initial skills-to-jobs mapping in days. HR and business experts can then review the recommendations, refine requirements and validate the final result.

Connected to Skillvue assessments, this shared architecture provides a consistent reference for comparing what a role requires with the skills people actually demonstrate, supporting decisions around succession, learning and internal mobility.

New Customer Story: Gruppo Credem

Gruppo Credem

High-volume hiring creates a specific challenge: how do you understand potential when many candidates are at the beginning of their careers and a CV only tells part of the story?

In our latest customer story, Gruppo Credem shares how Skillvue supports the first stages of its selection process by bringing structured skills data into screening.

The goal is to give candidates more opportunities to demonstrate what they can actually do while helping recruiters prioritise profiles more effectively and focus their time where it matters most.

New partnership with FLOWSPARKS

Skillvue × FLOWSPARKS

Knowing which skills are missing is only the first step. The next step is building the training that closes those gaps.

That’s why we’re partnering with FLOWSPARKS, the e-learning platform built on instructional design. Skillvue shows exactly where the gaps are, for each person and each team. FLOWSPARKS turns each gap into targeted digital training. Then Skillvue reassesses on the same framework, so L&D teams can show what the training actually changed.

The partnership creates a clearer connection between skills measurement and development: identify the gap, build targeted learning around it, and measure progress against the same reference point.

Talent Pioneers · Chapter 2

Talent Pioneers · Chapter 2, Milan

On 29 September, we brought HR leaders together in Milan for the second chapter of Talent Pioneers, Skillvue’s private roundtable series dedicated to the changes reshaping talent and HR.

This chapter started from one question: what does being ready for AI actually mean in practice?

The conversation explored the skills people need as AI becomes part of everyday work, how organisations can improve the quality of decisions involving people, and why human judgement remains essential when AI enters HR processes.

One theme stood out in particular: knowing how to use AI is not only about mastering a tool. It also means knowing when to trust it, when to question it and how to maintain responsibility for the final decision.

Looking ahead

Across product launches, customer experiences, partnerships and conversations with HR leaders, one idea keeps coming back: skills create value when organisations can turn them into a shared foundation for action.

We’ll continue sharing what we learn as companies bring skills closer to the decisions that shape hiring, development and people growth.
